Appley Bridge All Saints’ CE Primary School
Curriculum Intent
Our curriculum intent, or plan, has been designed to offer an inclusive and rich programme of education, which meets the requirements of the National Curriculum, and Early Years Framework, and enables our Christian Values to be integral to our teaching.
Mission:
‘In God’s hands, we place ourselves and with the strength He gives us, we love, live and learn together.’
“We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us” Philippians 4:13
Subject specific knowledge, skills and understanding are included in our curriculum which is enriched by real experiences where possible. Best use is made of the grounds and local area which together with learning about the national and global picture, promotes creative, confident and outward looking learners.
If you would like to read a specific subject policy to see how this intent applies, please request a copy from the school office (abasoffice@cidari.co.uk)
