Year 5 Diwali
Year 5: In DT we are learning about Diwali in our cooking unit. The children have learned all about the festival and have practiced peeling potatoes as we are going to make our own samosas.
Cross Country Success!
A very successful visit to the West Lancashire Sport Partnership Cross Country Event. An amazing achievement - all our children came home with a GOLD medal after winning all team events. We even got some individual medals too! Well done everyone your determination and perseverance was outstanding on a very difficult course

Year 1/2 Bird Feeders
Year 1 and 2 made and decorated bird feeders in the forest! Our children love their time in our Forest Area.
Year 2 Clay
Year 2 have been making monsters using the slip and score technique to join two bits of clay. Some of the monsters were wonderful and we practiced our skills in preparation for our final sculptures.

Year 4/5 Benchball
Year 4 and 5 have loved their benchball session today as part of their Invasion Games unit.
